“Haley prepared delicious, hearty pre-skiing breakfasts, après ski afternoon tea, canapés and dinner.
She also put together our New Year’s Eve dinner, which included oysters presented on a bed of ice, caviar and salmon canapés, fresh lobster and homemade strawberry cheesecake with a homemade coulis; her food made the evening much more special.
Her food was innovative, fresh and we looked forward what she would prepare next. There were several guests with specific dietary requirements, including a severe nut allergy and low-calorie diets, to which she tailored each menu.
